Raisin River G.C. is a privately owned, 36 hole public golf course in Monroe, Michigan. Conveniently located at Exit #15(N. Dixie Hwy.) on I-75, 5 miles South of the I-275 / I-75 junction. 2 large putting greens and driving range are available for practice. Along with a sand trap, our driving range offers both natural grass and mats to hit from.
The West Course is 46 years old, while the East Course was opened for play in 1977. Each course here is different architecturally.
The WEST COURSE is a par 70. Measuring 6,100 yards, it offers narrower fairways and heavily trapped greens. Don’t let the yardage fool you, with two extra par 3’s you will use every club in your bag! Designed for both the average and scratch player, the WEST COURSE has a great balance of water, sand and distance.
The EAST COURSE, par 71, played from the championship tees, covers nearly 7,000 yards and can be a daunting challenge for even the longest hitter. Watch out for the water, it comes into play on more than half of the holes. This is the kind of golf course you see on television. Mammoth undulated greens, wooded holes, lots of water and gently sloping fairways.
Tournament caliber from the blues…but a lot of fun and challenge for the average golfer from the white tees.
